What changed

1. Listing sender profiles and templates

You can now read the sender profiles (channels) and templates you need for Kakao Biz Message operations through the API.

• List sender profiles — Check the Kakao Biz Message sender profiles registered and linked to your account.
• List Alimtalk templates — Retrieve the full list of Alimtalk templates.
• List Brand Message templates — Retrieve the full list of Brand Message templates.

Why it matters

You can inventory and synchronize your sender profiles and templates from your own systems without opening the Kakao Center UI. The more channels and templates you run, the less you have to reconcile by hand.

How to use it

Wire these APIs into your back office so operators can see sender profiles and approved templates in real time and use them for sending right away.

Things to note

• Template status (approved, pending, rejected, and so on) varies with Kakao policy. Check the status before you send.
• Confirm the required permissions and the call limits before you integrate.
