Why it matters

When you need to reach every channel friend at once — Chuseok, Black Friday, year-end — you can schedule the send immediately, with no recipient numbers to collect or upload. Sending works the same whether you have 10,000 channel friends or 500,000, so it keeps working as your audience grows.

How to use it

1. Go to Kakao message send > Brand Message send and open [Broadcast F type]
2. STEP 1 - pick a channel and load a template
3. STEP 2 - set the reservation send date and time
4. Check the estimated send count and the reservation date and time, then send
5. Track progress in the message box and manage pause, resume, and end

Things to note

• F type does not support variables, recipient targeting, or failover, and only templates without variables can be used.
• Immediate sending is not supported; reservation send only. (from the current time +15 minutes up to 30 days out, in 5-minute steps)
• Sending is allowed between 08:00 and 20:50; outside that window it pauses automatically and resumes at 08:00 the next day.
• Once you register a reservation, its time cannot be changed. If you need a different time, cancel it and register again.
• A broadcast does not report success or failure per recipient; it is shown in aggregate (total, succeeded, pending).
• A send you have ended cannot be resumed.
