• Easier M/N group sending: to reach customers who are not channel friends, Bizgo checks whether you meet the business verification, 50,000+ friends, and phone number registration requirements, and once you upload evidence of marketing consent you can expand your send audience immediately.
• 080 opt-out linkage: register and edit the toll-free 080 opt-out number that Brand Message sending requires.

How to use it

1. Register a template: in the console, open [Template management > Brand Message], pick a type, and register it.
2. Set audience expansion: in Channel management, set 'Audience expansion (M/N group)' to Use, and
   Bizgo automatically checks business verification, friend count, and phone number registration. If you meet the conditions, upload your consent evidence and enter an opt-out contact to start using it.
3. Send: in Brand Message web send, load a template or write the message directly, then send.

Things to note

• You need 50,000+ KakaoTalk channel friends, business verification, and a registered phone number. The console checks this for you.
• A toll-free 080 opt-out number is required for M/N group sending. You can request and link one in the console.
