What changed?
- Aggregation by template: see send history and performance at the
template codelevel - Multi-axis filters: narrow to exactly the slice you want by period (calendar), channel, or template code
- Aggregation unit: daily and monthly tabs
- Performance columns: send date, channel ID, template code, success/failure/total/delivery rate, valid reads, total clicks, button detail (button / direct link / other)
- Download: export to Excel so you can shape the report however you like
Why it matters
- Comparing campaign performance at the template level is useful for A/B optimization of copy and layout
- Switching between the daily and monthly views matches your operating rhythm (daily monitoring ↔ monthly reporting)
- Excel export makes it simple to feed internal dashboards and reports
How to use it
- Pick a period, then search by channel or template code
- Choose the aggregation unit in the daily/monthly tab at the top
- Check delivery rate, valid reads, and clicks in the table, then review action performance in the button detail below
- Adjust the columns with the display settings on the right to see exactly what you need
Things to note
- Statistics are refreshed every day at 8 AM.
- Valid reads and clicks may be backfilled for up to 3 days after a send.
- Repeated actions by the same recipient are de-duplicated.
- Valid metrics may not be shown when there are 10 or fewer successful sends.
- Statistics and billing records may differ slightly because they use different baselines.
