Summary

The summary page was redesigned so you can monitor and manage your Bizgo service usage in real time. Data visualization gives you operational insight immediately and supports smooth onboarding for new users.

Key updates

Onboarding guide widget

• A three-step progress bar nudges new users through business verification and sender information registration, shortening the time to first send.
• Clicking [Get started] opens a step-by-step guide modal that bridges into the real verification process.

Sender number registration widget

• Explains 'failover', which switches automatically to an SMS/LMS/MMS message when Alimtalk fails
• Clicking the [Register sender number] button lands you on the matching management page

Send success rate widget

• Real-time monitoring of delivery status and analysis of failure causes
• A real-time success rate (%) donut chart, plus success and failure counts by period (today / 3 days / 7 days / 30 days)

This week's sending widget

• Compares the volume trend against the previous week
• An overlaid 'this week vs last week' chart on matching weekdays (hover for a detailed data tooltip)

Usage by service widget

• Shows the expected usage share and spend per channel
• What it does: visualizes usage share by service — Kakao Biz Message, RCS, SMS/LMS/MMS, and so on — as a chart

Billing amount widget

• Shows this month's billing amount and supports cost management
• Compares the estimated amount for this month's usage against the confirmed billing amount

Why it matters

• Maximum operational productivity: data visualization shows the state of your service at a glance so you can act immediately.
• Data-driven budget management: usage share by service and billing amount together enable efficient marketing budget planning and settlement management.

How to use it

1. Finish the onboarding steps: check your current progress and press [Get started] on any incomplete step to finish it.
2. Monitor send quality: analyze failure causes in the send success rate widget and review your templates or send settings.
3. Compare trends: hover over this week's sending chart for the tooltip and compare the detailed figures.

4. Check cost share: review the per-channel share in this month's usage chart and adjust your budget priorities.

Things to note

• Depending on how statistics are aggregated, the data can lag actual send results by a few minutes.
• The estimated billing widget is for reference only and may differ from the actual settlement and billing records.
• Data may show as 0 until the tax invoice is issued on the 10th of each month.
