[ 26.04.06 ] Bizgo LNB menu restructure and usability improvements

Summary

The LNB menu structure and its labels were reorganized to read more intuitively and navigation was simplified, so you can find Bizgo features faster. Unnecessary steps on the way into Bizgo were removed to shorten the time it takes to reach core features, and overall UI readability improved.

Key updates

A shorter path in, and a better structure

Based on user feedback and where the service is heading, the structure was reorganized so you reach core features quickly.

• Dashboard step removed and the path in shortened: you no longer have to pass through the dashboard and the GNB to pick a team space. Logging in now takes you straight to the 'Summary' page of your pinned team space, which removes an unnecessary level.
• Simplified message and send flow: the 'Send preparation' and 'Message' levels were merged, so you can go from registering a template straight to sending.
• Better structure: level 1 (function/management) and level 2 (product/channel) are cleanly separated for intuitive navigation. That keeps the menu from growing unmanageably long as new channels are added, and makes it more efficient to browse.

Better navigation and UI/UX usability

• Guiding the send flow: the core action 'Send message' and 'Channel management' used to be mixed together. Now the 'Message' menu leads you naturally through the whole process, from channel setup through template preparation to sending.
• Readability and naming: fonts, colors, and layout were adjusted to separate body content from the menu.

How to use it

1. Enter the service: land on the 'Summary' page of your pinned team space right after login, take in the key figures, and start work immediately.
2. Browse the menu: hover over a level 1 menu on the left to see and move to its level 2 items quickly.
3. The LNB Message menu: work through an uninterrupted flow inside the newly merged 'Message' menu, from registering a template to sending a message.

Things to note

• Images created in the builder are optimized automatically to Kakao's recommended dimensions and file size. Register with confidence — no need to check the specification yourself and no rejection to worry about.
• The icon library will keep growing, and editor loading speed can vary with the browser environment.
