26.05.27 Customer management (CRM) is open

Summary

A new CRM feature lets you manage customer data yourself and build the customer groups you want.

What changed?

The existing address book has grown into a CRM.

Beyond simple contact management, you can now register and upload customer data yourself and add the fields you need, so your customer data is organized.

Here is what it offers.

Customer profile management

Manage each customer's information as a single profile.

  • Register and edit customer information
  • Upload Excel and CSV files
  • View detailed information per customer
  • Search and filter customers

Field management

Shape the customer data around how you actually operate.

For example:

  • Name
  • Company
  • Contact person
  • Membership tier
  • Products purchased
  • Region

Tag management

Group customers however you like.

For example:

  • VIP customers
  • Event participants
  • Repeat purchasers

Segment management

Generate customer groups automatically from conditions on customer data.

For example:

  • Recently joined customers
  • VIP customers in the Seoul region
  • Customers who received a message recently

Segments update automatically when the underlying customer data changes.

Why it matters

With CRM you manage your customer data inside Bizgo.

  • Less repetitive recipient registration work
  • Organized customer data
  • Target management by customer group
  • A foundation for upcoming sending and automation features

In particular, accumulating customer data in Bizgo lets you connect it to segment-based sending, automation scenarios, and more.

How to use it

  1. Register a customer profile or upload a file in the CRM menu.
  2. Add the customer data fields you need.
  3. Classify customers using tags.
  4. Set conditions to create a segment.
  5. Use the resulting customer group for whatever you need operationally.

Things to note

  • Customers are managed by mobile number.
  • The same mobile number cannot be registered twice.
  • Excel and CSV file uploads are supported.
  • Opt-out status and message send history come automatically from Bizgo data and cannot be edited.
  • Segments refresh automatically when customer data changes.
  • For now the focus is on customer data management; sending integration and automation features will follow in stages.

This CRM release is the first step toward managing customer data properly inside Bizgo.

We will add features in stages — segment-based sending, automation scenario integration, and more — so you can use customer data even more effectively.
