Summary

The new 'message response trend' feature shows at a glance
how responses flow by time slot and by period after a send.

What changed?

• Visualizes the hourly response trend per Kakao message (Alimtalk / Brand Message) template
• See which time slots draw the best response (reads, clicks) at the template level
• Compare and analyze data by period and by template
• Note that data is hidden when hourly or daily successful sends number 10 or fewer

Why it matters

• Reading results as a 'flow over time' rather than a cumulative number tells you when it is effective to send.
• Comparing response differences between templates lets you improve underperforming messages quickly.
• Send strategy that used to rest on intuition can now be validated and adjusted against data.

How to use it

1. Choose the period and template you want to analyze.
2. Look at the hourly read and click trend to find where responses cluster.
3. Avoid the low-response time slots and shift your send strategy toward the strong ones.
4. If you send the same template repeatedly, compare against the previous send to see how performance changed.

Things to note

• This feature is based on BETA statistics, so some dates or data may be shown only partially.
• Response data is not real time; it becomes available roughly 2 hours after a send.
• Statistical figures and actual billing records may differ.
