Key updates

โ SDK-based send module
- Send logic is built as an SDK and surfaced through a single GUI for a consistent customer experience
- Lays the groundwork for a single-agent basis for statistics and more
Improved variable substitution
- The old fixed variable structure is replaced by up to 20 free-form variables
What you get
๐ก For customers: a better user experience and service quality
- Send success rate and processing speed improved, so dropped and delayed messages are minimized.
- Free-form variables make per-customer personalized notifications possible.
โ๏ธ For operations: better system efficiency and scalability
- Sharing one SDK makes integrating new channels (RCS, Brand Message, and others) considerably more efficient.
- Standardized send logic cuts the engineering time needed for maintenance and improvements.
Notes
- Existing Alimtalk templates and send history remain available in the message box, exactly as before.
- Alimtalk templates still use the existing screen. The template registration screen will be rebuilt later.
